Legal Framework:
HEED Bangladesh has the legal authority to operate its activities allover the country through registration with a number of Government agencies including the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, the NGO Affairs Bureau, the Microcredit Regulatory Authority, the Department of Social Services, and the Directorate General of Family Planning, in order to achieve its various aims and objectives in relevant development sectors.
