Since about 12 years ago HEED Bangladesh established 1 cyclone center in Charpara village area of Borobogi  union of Taltoli upazila of Barguna district to save the people from storms and floods and natural climates. Later, when the people of the area are requested a pre-primary school for the education of the children. As there was no school besides their village, the HEED Bangladesh authority approved a pre-primary school.  At that time, the school started with only 5 students on 1/11/2011. Nowadays almost about 100 students are studying. HEED Bangladesh pre-primary school teacher Ms. Marufa Akter said many students of this school have already passed SSC. At the school is very remote area, the people of the area express their gratitude to HEED and wish HEED Bangladesh Prosperity.
