HEED Language Center is a self-reliant programme of HEED Bangladesh. Just after the liberation in 1971, hundreds of foreigners started coming to Bangladesh to facilitate the local authority to overcome the devastation during the Liberation War. Soon after its establishment, HEED Bangladesh felt the need to initiate a Language School for the foreigners; because language became a barrier to their work in the country. Thus, HEED Language Center (HLC) came into being in 1975.
