Look Forward:
HEED Bangladesh as an implementing organization gained various experiences in the field management by working closely with the upazila level government officials. The government officials, particularly agriculture and livestock personnel provided excellent supports at the field to make the program successful.
The Government of Bangladesh has given a massive drive to supplement the production of agriculture product, egg, meat, and milk production, and has been successful against the war on protein deficiency and its consequences since 1989
Special strategies were planned to cover the low performing areas. The PKSF and HEED took necessary steps by initiating demonstration, Artificial Insemination, and Compost Preparation in the program Areas.
Conclusion
HEED enhanced the social mobilization within the community to develop the habit of food and growing protein intake per family.
So far the project is being implemented very successfully with the help of government and non government officials, committed staff and active support from community.
