- Staff Capacity Building.
- Advertising, Scrutiny, Interview, Recruiting, Staff orientation & Deploying.
- Record keeping, Staff transfer, Firing & Conflict Handling.
- Updating Staff files, Staff Performance apprising.
- Master's in Social Science.
- MBA/ PGHRM Preferable
- Two years working experience in HR Management position of any NGO.
- Ability to manage, keep, data entry, hiring, transfer & retrenchment.
- Must have Computer Knowledge.
- As per HEED Policy.
